Product Principle

The core technology of the intelligent cell real-time monitor is cell detection based on the principle of electrical impedance sensors, which can monitor the dynamic biological reaction processes of cells such as growth, proliferation, toxicity, adhesion and morphological changes in real time.It mainly consists of three parts: cell analyzer, real-time cell analyzer control software and 16-well cell detection plate.During the experiment, the cell analyzer was placed on CO2In the incubator, a micro-gold electronic sensor chip is integrated at the bottom of the cell detection plate. When cells grown on the surface of the microelectrode cause changes in the electrode interface impedance, the change in the impedance value directly reflects the biological status of the cells.The computer can control the operation of the entire system online and perform data analysis.Therefore, CM100-α tracks cell morphology and proliferation and differentiation changes in real-time, continuously and quantitatively under the physiological state of cells, providing a unique method for real-time dynamic information acquisition for cell-level analysis and research.
