General Note (Overview)

The Qubit system produced a complete experimental package for measuring nitrogen fixation of symbiotic bacteria in the Hydrogenaceae - Q-Box NF1LP nitrogen fixation package.The unique flow-through H2 sensor (Q-S121) can measure the rate of H2 generation in N2 fixed tissue, thereby measuring the activity of nitrogenase in real time in vivo.The package contains everything you need for a successful experiment, including gas exchange tanks for growing legumes such as soybeans under nodding conditions, all nutritional formulas and instructions.When combined with a qubit gas exchange system, nitrogenase activity can be measured at up to 3 plants (including the referenced 4-channel system)
