IncuBact is a handheld fluorometer that uses Amiscience’s built-in heater to configure the E. coli field detection kit.Samples were prepared in a 0.5 ml sample tube and placed in a hand-held fluorometer maintained at 38°C for detection.During the culture process, E. coli releases enzymes that produce fluorescent signals with the culture medium and are detected by a fluorometer. If the signal growth reaches a preset critical value, the test is confirmed to be positive.Due to the extremely high sensitivity of the fluorometer, a single healthy bacteria can be detected in culture time as short as 10 hours. If the large intestine citrus is large, it can be detected in a shorter time.On-site testing provides the possibility of early warning.Through the critical time of signal growth, the "equivalent CFU number" of healthy E. coli bacteria in the original sample can also be semi-quantitatively estimated. | ![]()

youCan be used for surface or liquid sample (0.5ml/sample) detection youPortable, fast, convenient and sensitive (semi-quantitative) youSensitivity: 100-CFU/sample needs to undergo a 9-hour culture period, 1-CFU/sample needs to undergo a 12-hour culture period youData can be downloaded to the computer via USB youIf an additional heating incubator is installed, multiple samples can be measured simultaneously
Kit includes (model FK-IB-ECOL): The test kit includes: 1.2g of culture medium powder, 50 fiber cotton, 50 plastic bottles, 50 pipettes.
Simple detection steps
1.Prepare growth medium solution 2.Mobile phone sample (surface or liquid) and add growth medium to the sample tube 3.Put the sample tube into the fluorometer and press the Measure key 4.Wait for 13 hours (or less), if Positive is displayed on the screen in culture or at the end of the culture, the sample is positive, otherwise, Negative is negative 5.If the test result is positive, refer to the critical time shown on the screen to estimate the "equal CFU number" of healthy bacteria in the original sample.
