Principles of analysis









Chlorophyll, phycocyanin, phycoerythrin and fluorescent stains can produce stable fluorescence by light excitation of specific wavelengths. By detecting the strength of the fluorescence signal, the concentration and content of the target object in the water sample can be calculated.
