Chlorella in the suspension sample chamber KS-2500 was measured using MINI-PAM-II/B, and a needle-shaped opti-cal oxygen sensor connected to the oximeter was inserted into the suspension sample chamber KS-2500 from a hole on the side.Use a new adapter to connect the oximeter and MINI-PAM-II/B together, and the data of oxygen and fluorescence are recorded synchronously.

significance:

This device realizes synchronous recording of chlorophyll fluorescence and oxygen concentration. From the fluorescence data, we can obtain photosynthetic linear electron transfer rate, but the change in oxygen concentration is affected by the dual influence of oxygen release and consumption. Therefore, the electron transfer rate and oxygen are measured simultaneously.The relationship between photosynthesis, photorespiration, and dark breathing can be studied in depth.
