Main functions
Imaging function: Ft, Fo, Fm, Fv/Fm, F, Fm', Y(II), Y(NO), Y(NPQ), NPQ, qN, qP, qL, ETR, Abs., NIR, RedAt least 17 parameters were used for imaging analysis.The regulation energy dissipation Y (NPQ) is measured to reflect the plant's light protection ability, and the non-regulated energy dissipation Y (NO) is measured to reflect the degree of plant light damage.
Plant phenotype: leaf morphology and rosette morphology parameters, measure the number of leaves, angle, normality, shape, area, rosette morphology, structure, total area, rosette circumference.
Program measurement function: can program the measurement of fluorescence induction curves, fast light curves and dark relaxation, or manually measure; it can automatically analyze the changing trends of all fluorescence parameters during the measurement process.
AOI function: The region of interest (AOI) can be selected arbitrarily before or after measurement. The program will automatically analyze the change trend of the selected AOI data and display the data of the relevant AOI in the report file.Data displayed in all report files can be exported to the EXCEL file.
Imaging heterogeneity analysis function: For imaging any parameter and arbitrary time, two points can be selected on the image. The software automatically performs horizontal heterogeneity analysis on the data between the two points and can be exported to the EXCEL file.
Imaging data range analysis function: For imaging of any parameter and arbitrary time, you can analyze how many pixels are there between any two fluorescence values and how many areas (cm)2).
Mutant strain screening function: According to the imaging results, mutant strains such as photosynthetic, hydrogen/oil production, stress resistance (salt resistance, drought resistance, disease resistance, etc.) can be quickly screened.
Microalgae toxicology research function: The photosynthetic activity of 96 microalgae samples (control and treatment groups) can be measured simultaneously, and the software automatically gives the percentage of photosynthetic inhibition of the treatment group samples relative to the control group.
Absorption coefficient measurement function: Quickly measure the absorbance coefficient of the blade.Absorption coefficient measurement light sources: 16 red light (660 nm) and 16 near-infrared (780 nm) LEDs for measuring PAR absorption coefficients in plant leaves or algae samples.
