1. Product Principle

Digital PCR is an absolute quantitative detection method for nucleic acid molecules. The core principle is to achieve absolute quantitative detection technology that does not rely on standard curves through limited dilution, PCR and Poisson distribution.

Compared with qPCR technology, this system has the advantages of absolute quantification, high sensitivity and anti-inhibitor interference. 1) VibroJect vibration injection technology is the world's first "active droplet generation" method.It has the characteristics of real-time monitoring, online analysis, no marking required, lossless cells, and high sensitivity.Under the action of a precision syringe pump, the reaction system to be tested flows out of the micro sample filling tip, and at the same time, the sample filling tip is reciprocating at a certain frequency. The reaction system to be tested will be divided intoUniform volume droplets.

2) The droplet size can be edited: the entire process of sample absorption and droplet generation is automated, and there is no dead volume to maximize sample utilization.

3. Product Advantages
