ØTime domain reflection technology (TDR) is used to measure the water content of a certain volume of soil or other media

The 6002F1 waveguide connector (0.71 kgs) included in the system provides a robust and flexible method for inserting waveguides into the soil.Rotate the multi-joint handle to open and lock the waveguide on the connector, so that the waveguide can be converted quickly and easily.It allows for rapid multi-channel measurements depending on the different lengths of the waveguide.The waveguide may also be permanently installed in the soil to facilitate periodic measurements at the same location only by simply moving from the sensor to the waveguide without disturbing the soil due to repeated insertion of the sensor.The calibration block can be used to help maintain proper waveguide space during installation and is especially useful when inserting long waveguides.The lengths of the waveguides are arranged in order from 15 cm to 70 cm.

The 6101 Slammer (3.97 kgs) is a heavy-duty waveguide connector designed for use in rough fields.It is designed to make measurements in multiple channels comfortable and easy when the interpolation waveguide enters hard, dry and tight soil.The removable 2.5 lb slide hammer can be used to insert the waveguide under the most difficult conditions.The lengths of the waveguides are arranged in order from 20 cm to 60 cm.

6102Boring connector







The 6102 Boring Connector (1.36 kgs) is a heavy duty waveguide connector that is similar to the Slammer but does not have a Trase handle.The boring connector has a threaded joint that allows the standard 1-inch threaded tube to be screwed into the head, guiding the detector downward into the boring.Standard 3-inch tubes can be used as a drop hammer to drive the detector into the soil.The cable length must be specified in chronological order.
