Sensors made with monochial technology have very little hysteresis and very low aging speed.The 2810 air pressure sensor has excellent performance, and it does not actually have hysteresis, temperature drift and aging.It is also not sensitive to mechanical acceleration and can be operated from any position, and the probe is waterproof.

Prior to measurement, the small sensing element of the probe can be heated to a specific temperature to reduce errors caused by ambient temperature changes.The 2810 air pressure sensor uses a small 4×4mm silicon chip as a sensing element. In the center of the silicon wafer is a thin film, which is exposed to atmospheric pressure on one side and vacuum on the other side.The film has a Whitstone bridge composed of 4 diffusion resistors. The output signal is proportional to the atmospheric pressure, so the chip is used to directly measure the atmospheric pressure.

There is also a temperature sensing resistor and 4 heating resistors on the chip, which are connected to an external control circuit to control the chip to be heated before measurement and constant temperature at 47°C, which is a benefit that allows enough time for the probe to perform.The temperature is stable.The sensor should be connected to one of the last measurement channels of the measuring system.

The power consumption of heating the silicon chip to 47°C is related to the ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature is 60°C, the power consumption will be zero, and the ambient temperature will decrease, and the power consumption will increase linearly; when the ambient temperature is -40°C, the power consumptionMaximum, about 70 mAh.The probe stops heating during reading.

The standard range of measurement can be used in areas with a height less than or equal to 400m above sea level.
