From May 6th-14th, Zealquest organized 2019 Plant Eco-physiology and Phenotype Breeding Workshop in Beijing, Chengdu and Guangzhou separately. Nearly 200 scientists from 50 institutes and universities attended the workshops.

During the workshops, the technicians from Zealquest and international partners introduced the principles, operation skills and applications of the plant physiology and phenotyping measurement instruments from our partners. The topics include “Methods and Strategies of High Throughput Genotype-phenotype Breeding”, “New Ideas on Electron Transfer in Photosynthesis”, “Research Methods and Application of Pollen Quality Analysis”, “Distributed Plant Phenotyping and IoT-based Crop Management”, “Application of X-ray Fluorescence Analysis to Determination of Elements in Plant Tissues”, “Research Methods of Plant Eco-physiology from Canopy to Roots” and so on.

Zealquest had booths in the two workshops and showed the products and technologies from WALZ, CID, Amphasys, Lemnatec, CytoSense and other partners. Many scientists took their instruments to the workshops and discussed with Zealquest technicians. The workshop is a good chance for those scientists to communicate the experiment experience and skills each other.
