System Overview
The automated plant metabolite extraction system consists of a sample storage module, a cover opening and closing work station, an addition/piping module, a shaking work station, an incubation work station, a centrifugal work station, and a nitrogen blowing work station.The main work flows are: open the cap, add liquid, close the cap, shake well, incubate (metal bath), centrifugation, open the cap, grab the output bottle, open the cap, transfer, nitrogen blowing, and fixed volume.The entire process is completed by the XYZ robotic arm, which realizes the automated extraction of plant metabolites. The output samples can be used for gas chromatography or liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer analysis.

Module composition
1. Sample storage module: can be placed and processed at the same time. 40-bit 15ml sample tube or 40-bit 2ml output bottle
2. Opening and closing cover module: It can fix and rotate the switch cover for sample tubes and output bottles at the same time
3. Add/Pipette module: 100μl-25ml; <±1% RSD
4. Shake the module: 4 samples oscillate at the same time, a total of 2 groups
5. Incubation module: room temperature -100℃
6. Centrifugal module: Maximum centrifugal speed ≥4000rpm
7. Nitrogen blowing module: 40 holes, double heating zone independent heating
8. XYZ robotic arm: accurate grasp
9. Software system: Users can edit operating parameters as needed, including data collection, storage and export functions of each detection module.The software system can automatically detect the operation of the program, and in case of unexpected situations, pause the detection program and alarm the fault.
