DNA extraction


The Oktopure platform is a high-throughput animal and plant tissue automatic extractor based on magnetic bead method, which can perform DNA extraction from 8×96 well plates in parallel;
Standardized extraction procedures can obtain high-quality DNA, which can meet the quality requirements of most molecular biology experiments for DNA, including first-generation sequencing, second-generation sequencing and genotyping, such as KASP technology;
The platform is equipped with 96-channel pipettes for automated transfer;
8 automatic magnetic racks that secure the beads to the bottom of the 96-well plate during liquid transfer.

Compared with traditional PCR instruments based on Peltier principles, Hydrocycler2 has high throughput, high efficiency and robust uniformity, providing a perfect solution for achieving high throughput PCR reactions.
